Return & Refund Policy

At LOVETC, we strive to provide high-quality cosmetic products and ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund option under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for the following issues:

  • Defective Products: If the product is damaged, leaking, or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Expired Products: If you receive an expired product.
  • Incorrect or Wrong Shade Delivered: If you receive a different product or shade than what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

If you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect item, you must report it within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us at +91 8657978021 or via email at support@LOVETC.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.

7-Day Return Policy

For domestic orders, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed, our courier partner will collect the product from the address provided and return it to us.

Return Charges

  • Domestic Returns: There are no shipping charges for returns within India. Our courier partner will collect the product from your address at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate the Return Process

  1. Contact LOVETC Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order by calling +91 8657978021 or emailing support@LOVETC.com.
  2. Wait for confirmation before returning the product. Do not return the product without prior approval.
  3. Ensure the product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  4. Include the invoice inside the return package. Returns will not be processed without these items.

Note: Requests for returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).

Refund for Domestic Orders

For domestic orders, we offer a 100% refund for returned products if the conditions are met.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • If the original payment method is no longer valid, a refund will be issued via cheque or bank transfer.

Refund for International Orders

For international orders, refunds are not generally offered. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Expired Products: If the product is found to be defective or expired after inspection, a refund will be processed. Return shipping costs will not be deducted in this case.
  • Non-Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability: If our logistics partner is unable to deliver the product due to repeated failed attempts, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs, customs charges, and other incurred expenses.
