Return & Refund Policy – LOVETC
At LOVETC, we strive to provide high-quality cosmetic products and ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund option under the terms outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for the following issues:
- Defective Products: If the product is damaged, leaked, or has a manufacturing defect.
- Expired Products: If you receive an expired product.
- Incorrect or Wrong Shade Delivered: If you receive a different product or shade than what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not allowed once the order is processed.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)
If you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
You can initiate a return or refund request by logging into your LOVETC account and navigating to Order History to select the item and choose the Return/Refund option.
7-DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Once your request is confirmed, our courier partner will collect the product from the provided address.
Standard return pickup timeline: 24–48 hours.
3 pickup attempts will be made. After 3 failed attempts, the return request will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
RETURN CHARGES
- Domestic Returns: No shipping charges apply. Our courier partner will collect the product from your address at no additional cost.
HOW TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS
- Log in to your LOVETC account.
- Go to Order History and select the item you wish to return or refund.
- Click on the Return/Refund option and follow the steps.
- Wait for a confirmation email before returning the product.
- Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Include the invoice in the return package or email us a soft copy.
Note: Return requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
Exchange Policy
Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further refund or exchange will be applicable on that order.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received, our Quality Assurance team will examine it.
If it meets eligibility, a refund will be initiated.
The customer will be notified via email regarding the refund status within a reasonable time.
We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the date we confirm eligibility.
Refund Timelines
Kindly allow 7–10 business days for the return to be processed and the amount to reflect in your bank account.
If paid via online payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or cheque.
Bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. Any errors in details will not be the responsibility of the brand.
REFUND FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer a 100% refund for returned products if the return conditions are met. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- A 100% refund is offered for eligible returns.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refund for International Orders
Refunds are generally not offered for international orders, but exceptions may apply in the following cases: - Defective or Expired Products: If found valid after inspection, a refund will be processed. Return shipping costs will not be deducted in this case.
Non-Delivery Due to Unavailability: If delivery fails after repeated attempts, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs, customs charges, and other incurred expenses.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in case of returns.
