While we aim to deliver as promptly as possible, please understand that delivery times are dependent on our courier partners and your location, and we are unable to guarantee specific arrival dates or times, orders are generally delivered in 2-10 days.

Shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout, ensuring that you are fully informed before completing your payment.

For delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, we kindly ask that you arrange for someone else—such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor—to sign on your behalf.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative individual.

We are also unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur after the goods have been delivered.

If you notice any shortages or damage to your order, we kindly request that you report it to our customer service team on the same day of delivery.
