What qualifies for a return or refund?
If your LOVETC order arrives anything less than perfect - damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect - we’ll make it right. Eligible products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For damaged items, an unboxing video is required to validate transit-related issues.
What is the return window and how do I initiate a request?
Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery via your LOVETC account under Order History. For damaged or defective items, we recommend raising a request within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.
Are returns complimentary and how does pickup work?
Yes, domestic return pickups are complimentary. Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours, with up to 3 attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the return request will be cancelled.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and approved by our Quality Assurance team, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The amount typically reflects within 7–10 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 30 working days from approval.
Are there any exclusions I should be aware of?
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
International orders are generally not eligible for refunds, except in cases of defective or expired products, or non-delivery - where applicable deductions may apply.
Additionally, once a product has been exchanged, it is not eligible for further return or refund.
